Meaningful work is work in service of others, inspires internal growth in myself and others, involves engaging the community, allows for learning, and creates a measurable impact.

Meaningful work is collaborative, engaging, and fulfilling. It’s being part of a dream team. A dream team that makes going to work exciting, humorous, challenging, and fulfilling. It’s about personal connections with others, feeling seen, appreciated, and respected by my co-workers, my teammates, my friends, and seeing, appreciating, and respecting them.

Worthwhile work is any activity that makes another person’s life easier, happier, appreciated, and loved. 

It creates a long-lasting, sustainable impact. 

It’s work that I feel proud to share with others.
